a Creative from Puerto Rico to Bentonville
Hi, I'm Anthony Broady, the person behind The Marketing Company.
Social media has been at the forefront of my work since day one. I've been building brands, websites and creating content that gets businesses seen since 2013, starting back home in Puerto Rico, as a designer, a photographer, and a strategist who lives and breathes what makes people stop, follow, and buy.
In 2021, I moved to Bentonville to help a local church build their brand and creative department from the ground up. But I arrived in the middle of COVID, a time when so many local businesses were struggling just to stay visible, forced online overnight with no idea where to start. I saw exactly where I could help, so I brought my talent here full-time and got to work growing their presence when they needed it most.
I have an entrepreneur's mindset, so I get business owners and leaders, the pressure, the risk, the long hours. I know what it feels like to be a small business fighting just to make it and be seen. And I know what it feels like to hit a growth ceiling and not be able to find the way to break through it. That's exactly why I do this, because I've been there, and I don't want you stuck there.
And I don't do it alone. I love collaborating with local photographers, videographers, and designers, bringing in the right talent for every project so you always get the best work, not just one person's bandwidth. It keeps the results sharp, and it keeps money and creativity here in our community.
Today, I help local businesses show up consistently and grow through smart, strategic social media, content that's planned, shot, and posted to actually move people, all grounded in design psychology. You get one dedicated point of contact, backed by a team of local creatives who care about your success as much as I do.
What I believe
Marketing should move people, not just look good. Every post, brand, and website I build is grounded in design psychology, because the goal isn't attention for its own sake, it's action: follows, calls, and customers.
Consistency beats intensity. One viral post won't build a business. Showing up every week, on-brand and on-message, is what actually grows one, and it's exactly what I'm built to deliver.
Local matters. I'm invested in Bentonville and all of Northwest Arkansas. When your business grows, our community grows with it.
